About the Event

In this webinar, Desiree Bunch, MSW, a seasoned expert in human resources and organizational behavior, will review the essential skills needed to effectively manage workplace conflict. Discussion will include the application of various conflict resolution techniques, including mediation, negotiation, and communication strategies, across diverse workplace scenarios. Additionally, Desiree will cover best practices for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where conflicts are addressed constructively and proactively.
