In this Monday Management and Leadership session, Annie Grier, MSW, SHRM-CP (Bio) will discuss the common workplace perspectives regarding intergenerational communication and collaboration, guide participants in exploring ways to navigate potential conflict and communication barriers (e.g. ageism, microaggressions, credentialing) in intergenerational work environments, and review practical steps for fostering healthy intergenerational workplace environments.
TARGET AUDIENCE: This course is for managers and leaders in spaces with a generationally diverse workforce.
