Presenter:

Michelle Rojas, LMSW (she/her) is an East Coast native that currently lives in Brooklyn, NYC with her partner and two dogs. She is a Corporate Social Worker, and self described cross-sector athlete that currently serves as the Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Spring Health. Prior to joining Spring Health, Michelle led DEI at mission driven companies and social enterprises like Imperfect Foods and Hot Bread Kitchen. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. Michelle is deeply passionate about creating more accessible, inclusive, and equitable environments for underrecognized groups.
