Post-Traumatic Growth: Deepening Skills to Help Clients Heal
In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of the brain-mind dyad, the role of mindfulness, the latest research pertaining to PTG, its markers, and insights into clinical interventions you can begin incorporating into your work now to promote clients' journey to healing and growth. Examples of how to consider cultural factors when assessing for trauma, PTG, and fostering PTG will be provided.
